I have very exciting news. Yesterday, my assistant Victoria told me about an idea that she had. Since she started working with me, she’s had the opportunity to travel all over the world. So to make the journey more fun, she told me that she wanted to buy a small stuffed animal and take pictures with it all over the world. To me, it’s nothing exciting because I am in a different country everyday! I told her it was a very good idea, but what if we took it around the world and at the end, auction it for charity? Everybody loved this idea! But I’m scared that at the end, it will be hard for me to say goodbye.

Today was my first free day in London after the Karate Kid press and premiere. I think I’m not busy enough because I went to the very famous toy store “Hamley’s” and bought two pandas from Build-a-Bear!

Their security department picked me up in a very clever way – he dressed up as a pirate so all eyes would be on him and not me! We were able to quickly get to Build-a-Bear through another entrance!

So first, I picked out two pandas. Victoria reminded me that we would have to bring TWO pandas all over the world with us – but that was okay with me because I don’t want the pandas to be lonely! I looked at many different bears but in the end, I chose the pandas because they speak to me. I feel a connection with them. I have already adopted two real pandas. Also I am in Kung Fu Panda! Plus it represents my country. No matter what, every time I see a panda on TV I like to laugh! I love pandas!

Afterwards, we went to stuff the two panda bears. I put heartbeats inside too!

I rubbed the heart so it will be warm

Kissed it for love

Rubbed it on my head so it will be smart

Rubbed it on my funny bone because I am funny!

Rubbed it on my stomach so it will never be hungry

Rubbed it on my muscles so it will be strong!

I also signed my name on both of the hearts!

Then I picked out names for my panda bears and made the birth certificate!

Guess what I named them? La (rhymes with "lay") Chan and Zy (rhymes with "tea") Chan. Do you know why I named them that? Because together, they are LAZY…because I will be the one bringing them all over the world! Ha ha

I dressed La and Zy in the dressing room.

Here’s a photo of the whole team who helped me out!

A proud papa leaving the store!

I passed by some other places to show people why I was carrying around two pandas!

I took a picture of them here:

Do you know where that is in London?

Here I am dressing them in the car.

I had one hour before dinner so I decided to take advantage of my time in London. We drove to two landmarks – Buckingham Palace and Big Ben. I jumped out of the car with “LA” and “ZY”, took pictures and jumped right back into the car. Here are a few photos that I took.

I also introduced LA and ZY to London!

Look at my two babies sitting by themselves at the Buckingham Palace!

I am a proud papa!

I thought it would be really funny to take a photo of my panda babies with the guards who stand there and don’t move, but I could not find any! So this is what I did instead!

I also decided that in addition to taking photos in different countries with different landmarks, I also want to have my panda babies take photos all of my celebrity friends too!

I had dinner with my good friend and co-star from The Medallion, Claire Forlani. I took LA and ZY to dinner and afterwards, Claire took a photo with them too.

When I walked back to the hotel, I bumped into some fans and took pictures with the panda babies too!

I am very happy about this project. I think for the future, I will put together a photo album with different country landmarks and every celebrity that the pandas have met. I can show you the photos of the landmarks, but the celebrity photos I will keep a secret. I will reveal the celebrity photos when I auction the two panda bears! I am also collecting flag pins from every country to put on the pandas’ clothes. How fun! Even some of my twitter followers say that they will make twitter accounts for my pandas!  LA and ZY have already met Claire Forlani, Dougray Scott, Jaden Smith and Willow Smith. I wonder who else they will meet?
